The Havana Spark to the b goodly Standard

In 2010, while playing baseball in Havana, Cuba, I saw firsthand how a shared goal could break down barriers. After donating my gear and returning home with nothing but my passport, I realized that the highest ROI in life comes from service. But when I tried to bring that spirit back to the corporate world, I hit a wall.

I found that organizing high-impact volunteering was a logistical nightmare. Between vetting non-profits, coordinating transport, and managing catering, the 'work' of doing good was overshadowing the impact itself. I knew there had to be a better way for companies to show up.

I founded b goodly to bridge the gap between corporate ambition and community need. We took the 'lot of work'—the searching, the scheduling, and the logistics—and turned it into a turnkey, premium service. Today, we help the world’s leading teams—from Netflix to Mazda—build a legacy of kindness, one managed field trip at a time.
